Hansen Law Firm, LLC offers prospective clients a free one half hour confidential telephone or in-person consultation.  Hansen Law Firm, LLC then charges a low hourly fee and is willing to discuss alternative billing arrangements to the hourly fee such as success-based fees, task-based fees, contingency fees, flat fees, capped fees, and mixed hourly and contingency fees.  Before any legal representation of a prospective client is undertaken, Hansen Law Firm, LLC requires that a written contract be entered into and signed by it and the prospective client so that both the client and the firm know and have explicitly agreed to the exact financial terms of the legal representation.
